How do I close my account?

There may be times when you need to close your Envato Market account.

• What happens when I close my account?

  Please note that when we close your Envato account, you will lose access to all Envato services, which include:

  • Envato Market: a marketplace for digital assets
  • Envato Elements: ongoing subscription for digital assets
  • Tuts+: library of tutorials and courses
  • Placeit: ongoing subscription with ready-to-use templates

  Once we action your request, please be aware of the following:

  1. You will no longer be able to log in to your Envato account(s).
  2. You will not be able to access any purchases or download item updates (Envato Market).
  3. You will also lose access to Envato Elements subscription and all associated downloads (if you have this product active).
  4. You will be forfeiting any unused Envato Credits (Envato Market).
  5. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reinstated.
  6. If you are an Envato author, any items you have for sale on our site(s) will be removed.

  To close or delete your Envato Market account, please get in touch with our Customer Success Team. We value your feedback, so please include any comments you may have had about Envato Market that may be helpful for us to know.

  Make sure you send a request from the email address associated with your Envato Market account. Otherwise, we may need to ask you a few questions to verify your account ownership.
