How do I follow an author?
If you like the work of a particular author you can follow them. By following authors, you can see their newest items on the right-hand side of the home page when you're logged in. It's an easy way to keep up to date with the newest and best items on all the Envato Market sites every time you log in.
To follow a particular author, visit their user page and click the 'Follow' button on the right-hand side: Once you are following an author, you will see their items for sale on your home page within the grid to the right-hand side of the page. Click on the thumbnail to view the full item page. If you no longer wish to follow an author you can go back to their user page and click 'Unfollow':
There is a maximum of 2000 authors that you can follow at one time.
What should I do if I haven't received a response from the author?
Hint:
Please keep in mind, authors may be dealing with lots of requests at any given time and support times may vary. You can check if an author has set an indicated response time on the support tab of the item page.
When you haven't received a response from the author, you can:
- Check to author's profile in case they are on vacation
- Check the item support tab for their response time
- Check the item's help files to find documentation and help
- Check the items comment section for questions previously asked and answered

How do I search the item comments page?
Click on the 'Comments Tab' enter your search terms and click Search.
If you are not able to find the answer to your question, you will need to contact the author directly for help.
What should I do if my item is not compatible after purchase?
We strongly recommend confirming item compatibility by asking the author before purchasing. You should always make sure the item is suitable for your project and is compatible with your hardware or software before purchase.
