When you purchase an item from an Envato marketplace, you're buying it directly from the authors, not from Envato. Envato simply provides the platform for these transactions.
Depending on your tax requirements, you may need to get certain information directly from the sellers, such as:
- Certificates of Residence; or
- Form W9 or Form W8BEN
