If your downloaded file(s) won’t extract, seem ‘corrupt,’ or you get an error message, this could happen for a few reasons. There might be an issue with the file(s), the download may not have completed fully, or the archiver tool might not be working properly.
Troubleshooting

- Check the item description to make sure you’re using the right program to open the file(s).
- Confirm you’ve purchased the correct file type.
- Try opening the file with your operating system’s (Windows or Mac) built-in archiver tool.
- You can also try using a different third-party archiver tool.
