Signing in with a social account

When signing up or signing in via the Envato Account Center, you'll have the option to use your social account.

Hint: This option may not be available while visiting our sites directly. You'll need to use the Envato Account Center to sign in.

• I already have an existing Envato account. Can I use my social account to sign in?

  If you have an existing Envato account that uses the same email address as your social account, you can merge your accounts. Simply click "Sign in with..." when signing in via the Envato Account Center.

• Can I sign in to Envato using a social account?

  Signing up or signing in with a social account may not be available on all Envato sites directly. You can use the Envato Account Center or Envato Elements to sign in with your social account.

• I don't see the "Sign in with..." button. What should I do?

  If the "Sign in with..." button is not available, it's likely because you are on a specific Envato site (like ThemeForest or CodeCanyon). To sign in using your social account, please visit the Envato Account Center first.

• I've received an error when trying to use a social account to sign in.

  If you've received an error, it may be because your existing Envato account has two-factor authentication enabled. You'll need to disable two-factor authentication on your Envato account before attempting to use your social account to sign in.

  If you've tried the above and continue to receive an error, please contact our support team.

• What if I request a change to my social account's email address?

  Your Envato account will be automatically disconnected from your social account if you request an email address change. This will also trigger a password reset, allowing you to log in with your new social account.

• How can I disconnect my social account?

  You can disconnect your social account by using the "Disconnect Account" button in account.envato.com.

  To disconnect your social account:

  1. Log in to account.envato.com.
  2. Select "Disconnect Account".
  3. Confirm and click "Submit".
  4. Complete the password reset instructions sent to your email.

  Once complete, you can use your username/email address and password to log in to your Envato account.
